Dear Soul,
In the ‘essence of breath’, we return to the present moment. Each experience, regardless of time or place… past or present… exists in purity.
Only when in pure awareness, do all things dissolve. All things resolve.
To find a place of presence ‘as awareness’, drop any semblance of ‘I’ and unite with ‘ALL’.
This meditation is an invitation to deepen into your eternal self. By deepening. By expanding. By breathing. By remembering.
Take off your shoes. Get comfortable. Sit or lay back. Ask your body to relax.
Close your eyes. Focus on bringing all of your energy back into your body, and take several deep breaths.
Be the awareness.
Embody the awareness.
Know… You are awareness.
