Dear Soul,
What stage are you in? Birth? Life? Renewal? Rebirth?
In celebrating another birthday March 10th, I created a video gift for you. Along with some wishes below. 57 years inside of this body; this incarnation, this iteration of the journey of my soul. It marks the passage of time; yet, with each year I feel more and more… timeless.
Regardless of each birthday that passes, I still feel as if I am in my twenties; as if this were only a couple of years ago. But, I am more and more comfortable in my skin; gentler, kinder, more tender toward my self, my life, and my body. It is as if my eyes and mind have wizened to the pulsations of my heart.
