Let me introduce myself…
I came to Substack because I wanted to create a richer, more intimate experience… one that allows individuals a space for rest, renewal, rejuvenation and remembrance. A space that helps them breathe… deeper; and see themselves and our world… more clearly.
There is so much noise out there… and everything is moving so fast; and probably move even faster with all of the frenzy over AI. I know it can be easy to get caught up in the waves of consciousness and conversation that urge us to keep up with what is happening or coming. It is also a really good way to go unconscious… become lost, overwhelmed and exhausted.
I find that the faster and more complex things become, the more I am drawn to what is simple, pure, and rich with humanity. It is especially important, now more than ever, to safeguard our hearts and our humanity.
For this reason, I create artful sharing that slow us down, even if only for a few minutes. There is power in temporarily to regulate inner rhythms. Great purpose rests in contemplation, inquiry and quieting for a period… 11 minutes, for example. Gifts exist within leaning back, resting, and allowing the breath to consciously deepen.
And you know what, everything you left behind, will still be waiting there for you. But when you go back to it, your shift in energy will have rearranged some things for you… and for the better.
My invitation to you… is for us to unite in a liminal space every so often. Just a few minutes weekly where you open to fully receive. I want to give you a beautiful experience of connection, and concretion where we ‘become’… one unified heart, mind, breath and movement.
Are you available ‘to receive’ once or twice a week for 11 minutes and 11 seconds? Imagine the possibilities of what the Universe can orchestrate on your behalf, when you get out of the way.
Let me facilitate this time for you… Take what resonates; leave the rest. Try it out… Listen, at least for a while, and see if it is soothing for your nervous system, calming for your mind, and nourishing for your heart and soul. That is my sacred intention… and my soul-full promise.
My purpose is to create beauty in the world. This is behind everything I create and share… and infused with love, kindness, gentleness and compassion to empower a kinder, gentler, more loving world.
I bring the perspective and musings of: an elder… a crone… a mystic… a rebel humanitarian… a love catalyst… an innocent child… and a beginner’s mind. I create art… with my voice and heart… through words and music… utilizing images and design… so that every nuance is filled with humanity and sacredness.

My work began in 2007 with 🎙️ 11:11 Talk Radio and 11:11 Magazine.
I host 11:11 Talk Radio and have aired interviews with so many amazing individuals weekly since 2009. As of 2026, I am moving toward monologues, intended to be a more contemplative for the listener; so that we shift from the mind that needs answers to the heart that knows ‘its truth’. I founded 11:11 Magazine in 2007 and published over 100 issues since then. You can also watch my TedX titled, Conversations With the Universe.
